Low cost psychotherapy in South East Wales

ABOUT ME
I'm a UKCP registered psychotherapist-in-training in the final stage of my Psychotherapy Masters. I have completed the taught part of my Masters training and I am now in the final stage of writing my dissertation. As a trainee I'm able to offer therapy sessions at a low cost.

As a humanistic therapist I bring warmth and empathy to my work and my integrative training means I can adapt my approach to each individual. Whatever is going on for you, I aim to provide an open and supportive atmosphere for us to explore your unique life experiences.

I have extensive experience supporting people with a range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, feeling 'stuck', low self esteem, relationship and family conflict, childhood and adulthood trauma, self-harm, domestic and sexual violence, addiction, bereavement, OCD and others.

Alongside my private practice, I have also worked as a School Based Counsellor and have provided wellbeing support within the voluntary sector for many years.

If you're not sure if I can help, a trial session can be a great way to see if we're a good fit.

I work in accordance with the UKCP Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct. All of my work is supervised by an experienced and accredited clinical supervisor.
